best energy drink

there is a lot of energy drinks out there which claim to revitilise your senses and increase the intensity and level of your performance.

so how do basic energy drinks work?

to keep this simple energy drinks gives you energy bursts due to a combination of different ingredients such as; caffiene, vitamins, amino acids and sugar which provides the body with glucose (energy) which is then broken down and then used to produce energy.

best energy drink?

well from person experience there is no "best energy drink" as it stands, it depends how much your willing to spend and on what your needs are and many other dietry factors but for a healthy outgoing sports person theres the obvious energy drinks which are a standard cost such as lucozade, gatorade and powerade. if your one who takes competition serious then there is a really good scientifically developed drink which replenishes the body, gets rid of waste products and revitilises the body after any type of physically demanding avtivity, the best thing about this product is it only has 40 calories per can, but can cost you around $5 a can but this is only needed if you take sport serious otherwise your better of sticking to your standard drinks.

conclusion
all energy drinks work due to the ingredients giving the body energy and therefore getting all the products which are needed around the body quicker but depending  on how much work your doing will depend on how much energy is needed to keep the body working to the full potential. but from personal experience the best energy drink i've ever had is "code blue energy drink"
